How the Lottery Works

1. All players who meet the [Designated Conditions] can participate in the lottery, and the winning probability is evenly distributed among participants.

‧ Merchandise will be sent based on the information provided in the "Form Submission" after winners are announced.
‧ If the prize value exceeds NT$600, as per ROC tax law, winners must provide a copy of their ID and a prize declaration form for tax reporting. For prizes over NT$20,000, a 10% withholding tax will be required.
‧ Physical merchandise will be shipped before the end of June.
‧ Registered mail cannot be delivered to iBox lockers. Please do not enter an iBox as your shipping address. If used, it will be considered incomplete and prize eligibility will be forfeited.

[Overseas Players]

‧ After the winner announcement, our support team will contact you via the email you submitted in the "Form Submission".
‧ As per our national tax regulations, a 20% withholding tax applies to all non-ROC residents regardless of prize value. Required documents include the tax form and ID copy, signed and submitted back before receiving the prize. Full details will be sent via email.
‧ Shipping fees must be covered by the recipient if the delivery address is outside the ROC.
‧ Physical merchandise will be shipped before the end of July.

※ Delivery time will depend on logistics and cannot be estimated.
※ If your country is not within our shipping range, the prize will be converted into in-game items and distributed accordingly.
