Thanks to everyone’s participation, we’ve spent a vibrant and memorable time together in the international version of Assault Lily Last Bullet W.
After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that the international version of Assault Lily Last Bullet W will officially end its service on November 26, 2025.
Starting from August 25, 2025 (Mon) at 11:00 (UTC+0 03:00), the point top-up function for the international version of Assault Lily Last Bullet W will be disabled. Customer service will end on November 25, 2025 (Tue) at 23:59 (UTC+0 15:59), and the game servers will shut down on November 26, 2025 (Wed) at 11:00 (UTC+0 03:00).
‧ From the service termination announcement until the shutdown, three new events are scheduled to be released (event content will only be provided in Traditional Chinese).
‧ Starting August 26, 2025, official announcements will no longer be posted on the website; all announcements will be available in-game. If the in-game announcements cannot be accessed, updates will be posted on the official website instead.
‧ Starting from September 2025, Legion League will no longer be held.

■ Precautions for Filling Out the [Game Account Termination & Refund Consent Form]
1. The applicant guarantees that all information provided is true and owned by the applicant. If any information is found to be false, forged, or involves identity theft, the applicant shall voluntarily bear all legal responsibilities. This consent form shall be deemed invalid, and So-net Entertainment Taiwan Limited. will not process the application.
2. If the applicant is over the age of 18, a copy of their personal identification card and supporting documents, or any valid documents sufficient to prove their identity (front and back), must be submitted. If the applicant is under the age of 18, the application must be submitted by a legal guardian (or custodian), and in addition to the applicant's identification documents, the legal guardian’s identification or other valid documents proving identity (front and back) must also be provided.
※ If the legal age of adulthood in the applicant’s country is below 18, the legal age of that country shall prevail.
3. After downloading the application form, the applicant must personally sign all application documents and ensure that the information filled in is accurate. If the application is submitted by a legal guardian (or custodian), the legal guardian must also sign the relevant documents.
4. If So-net Entertainment Taiwan Limited. has any concerns regarding the documents or account information provided by the applicant, the company will contact the applicant for verification. If the provided contact information is incorrect or the applicant does not respond, making verification impossible, So-net Entertainment Taiwan Limited. will retain the consent form for seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the application, awaiting voluntary contact from the applicant. After the deadline, the application will be processed as invalid, and the company will provide no guarantees or compensation. Any further requests must be re-submitted with a newly completed consent form.
5. This service is accepted via email, postal mail, or fax. The applicant must submit a complete set of refund application documents to So-net Entertainment Taiwan Limited. and confirm all information is correct for the process to be completed. Please ensure all forms are fully signed and required supporting documents are attached.
6. If sending by registered mail, please retain the receipt with the tracking number for future reference. The receipt date will be based on the postmark of Chunghwa Post. If sending by fax, the date of receipt of the faxed document will apply. Any delays caused by incomplete information, incorrect address, or other reasons will be the sole responsibility of the applicant. So-net Entertainment Taiwan Limited. shall not bear any related responsibility.
■ General Refund Guidelines
1. Refund applications must be submitted via the refund website between August 25, 2025 at 11:00 (UTC+0 03:00) and November 25, 2025 at 23:59 (UTC+0 15:59). Applications outside this period will not be processed.
2. Refunds must be applied for via the refund website. Other channels will not be accepted.
3. Due to the large number of applicants, the review process will take time. Refunds will be issued within 30 working days (excluding Taiwan national holidays and weekends). Early application is recommended.
4. Refunds will be calculated based on the player’s remaining Paid Magis. Other virtual items will not be refunded.
5. Remaining Paid Magis will be refunded at the rate of 1 Paid Magis = TWD $0.46.
6. Once your refund application is confirmed on the refund site, your Paid Magis will be converted to Free Magis, allowing continued gameplay until server shutdown.

■ Refund Guidelines for Domestic (Taiwan) Users
1. Refunds of Paid Magis will be converted to TWD, minus a 40% channel fee and a TWD $30 handling fee.
2. After confirming the refund on the official website, download the Game Account Termination & Refund Consent Form, fill it out, and send it to customer service via email, mail, or fax.
■ Refund Guidelines for Overseas Users
1. After confirming your refund on the official website, download both the Game Account Termination & Refund Consent Form and the Payee Info for Overseas Transfers. Submit the completed documents via email, mail, or fax to customer service.
2. Remittance Handling Fees
‧ Any fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the applicant. The actual refund amount will be remitted after deduction of all applicable handling fees. As handling fees may vary depending on the recipient’s bank, users are required to verify the exact fees with their receiving bank in advance.
3. Refund Amount
‧ The amount shown on the [Remaining Paid Magis Confirmation] page does not include deductions for handling fees.
‧ The exchange rate displayed is for reference only. Actual refunds will be calculated based on the First Commercial Bank exchange rate on the remittance date, after subtracting the channel and handling fees.
4. About “High-Risk Countries or Regions” and “Monitored Countries or Regions”:
‧ In accordance with the Money Laundering Control Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), when the remittance amount to high-risk areas for money laundering (listed below) exceeds a certain threshold, banks may be unable to process the refund transfer. Users residing in such regions agree to bear the risk of not being able to receive their refund.

5. Currency Notice:
‧ Only the following currencies are accepted:
USD, GBP, HKD, AUD, SGD, CHF, CAD, JPY, ZAR, SEK, THB, NZD, EUR, CNY, and TRY.
‧ Overseas transfers may pass through intermediary banks. Any intermediary fees will be borne by the recipient.
‧ If your preferred currency is not among the supported options, please check with your receiving bank to confirm whether it can accept any of the supported currencies. If you are required to open a foreign currency account or take other necessary actions, please handle this with your bank directly.
