About top-up with third party

Currently, only some regions can purchase with third-party. According to your local region, the third-party top-up options displayed will be different.

During the transaction process, please ensure a stable internet connection and avoid initiating multiple transactions simultaneously to prevent the system from flagging your activity as abnormal.
If your transaction is flagged as abnormal, please wait 30 minutes before attempting the transaction again.

The payment methods and currencies will be determined by the region where is shown on the official website. If the payment cannot be matched, the purchase will fail."

How to Top-up
1.    In third party page, follow the steps to choose or enter the information. The top-up items will be shown.

2.    Next, check the items what you buy and operate with the steps.

Regarding virtual items
In some regions, we provide to purchase 'virtual items' with Mycard.

※ When you enter the third-party top-up page, virtual items will initially appear blank.
※ As you enter your User ID, it will show the 'virtual items' that can be purchased by your account.  (If the item of purchase limits is reached, it won’t be shown.)
※ The purchase count of the same items between virtual item and in-game platform will be calculated together.
※ I If the item of purchase limits is reached, it won’t be shown on third party top-up page.
