All of the following issues have been resolved today:

1. Some players applied for the lottery but did not receive any rewards.
→ The reissuance of lottery tickets for players who did not receive any rewards has been completed. Please reapply if you have received the reissued ticket.

2. The "5★ Memoria Coupon (Lucky Bag)" in the Exchange displays the message "※Costumes will be unlocked upon first acquisition," but only Memoria was obtained.
→ The issue has been fixed. Costumes will be reissued in sequence to players who redeemed the item before the fix and obtained the Memoria for the first time.

3. The "Cost 19 Only 5★ Guaranteed Gacha Ticket" obtained from the Exchange does not have a corresponding Gacha available.
→ The "Cost 19 Only Guaranteed 5★ Ticket Gacha" has been set up, and players who possess the ticket can now use it in the gacha.


Additionally, regarding the issue where the Order "Equivalent Exchange" obtained from the Exchange does not have a Level 3 option, after further verification by technical staff, all settings have been confirmed as normal.


[Issues Still Under Investigation]
The issue where players who exchanged the "5★ Memoria Coupon" obtained from the 5★ Memoria Coupon Pack did not receive the costume when acquiring a costume-attached Memoria for the first time is currently being addressed.
→ The fix is expected to be completed within today.
Costumes will be reissued in sequence to players who redeemed the item before the fix and obtained the Memoria for the first time.


As compensation for this issue, the distribution is scheduled for (UTC+0) 2025/1/24 10:00.
Players who log in between (UTC+0) 2025/1/24 10:00 and 2025/1/31 15:59 will be able to claim the compensation.
