Article 1. Application for Game services
End User understands that once End Users presses the "I agree" button, it means that End User has reviewed and understood all the terms of this contract in detail for more than three days, and is willing to fully abide by the Game management regulations related to this contract and this Game rule.
If the End User is a person with limited capacity, this contract shall be concluded with the consent of the End User's legal agent before this contract becomes effective; if the End User is a person without capacity, the conclusion of this contract shall be made by the End User's legal representative The legal representative acts on his behalf.
If a person with limited capacity does not agree or a person with incapacity does not have a legal representative pay for points on his or her behalf, causing the legal representative to claim a refund, the legal representative may prepare supporting documents and submit an application in accordance with the procedures announced on the official website. After confirmation by So-net, the unused Game fee will be refunded to the End User. The game service can only be used after the End User's legal representative has read, understood and agreed to all the contents of this contract. The same applies when the terms of this contract are changed. Once the End User presses the "I agree" button, it is presumed that his or her legal representative has agreed to abide by the game management regulations and rules related to this contract and this Game.
Article 2. Scope of application of the contract
So-net provides End User mobile online Game service and other related service. The rights and obligations of End User and So-net regarding this service are governed by the terms of this contract.
Article 3. Contents of the contract
The following shall be regarded as part of this contract and shall have the same effect as this contract:
1. So-net’s advertising or promotional content related to this service.
2. Rate schedule and Game management rules and regulations.
If there is any doubt about the terms of this contract, it shall be interpreted in favor of the consumer.
Article 4. Service scope
The service provided by this contract is a network server provided by So-net for End User to log in to play this Game through an Internet connection. However, this does not include End User applying for Internet access services from Internet access service providers and providing various hardware equipment required for Internet access.
Article 5. Game login
End Users who apply to use this Game might request by So-net log in their personal information consistent with their identity documents on the Game website and member center. If the personal information logged in by End User is incorrect or has been changed, it should be corrected immediately.
If the End User fails to provide correct personal information or the information originally provided is no longer true and has not been updated, So-net may suspend the service (including but not limited to suspending the End User game) before the End User provides the true information or updates the information. and Game history inquiry services).
The End User may notify So-net via email or in writing to terminate this contract within seven days after starting the Game. The End User does not need to explain the reasons or bear any fees. After the contract is terminated, the End User can request a refund from So-net for the unused paid purchase points.
Article 6. Billing standards
This Game is free. The Game services (such as Game malls, online stores, etc.) provide points, goods or other services (such as virtual currency or treasures, advanced props, etc.) that require additional payment by consumers. So-net should announce payment methods and product information on the official website homepage, Game login page or purchase page.
When the rate is adjusted, So-net shall announce it on the Game website, the Game in progress and the Game login page 30 days before the scheduled adjustment effective date; if the End User has logged in to the email when registering the account, the End User shall be notified by email .
If the rate is adjusted, the new rate shall be calculated and charged from the effective date of the adjustment; if the new rate is higher than the old rate, the End User’s paid purchase points that have logged in to the Game website before the new rate effective date then Game fees shall be charged at the old rate.
Article 7. Information that should be stated in this Game
So-net should state the following matters on the official website homepage, Game login page or purchase page, and Game package packaging:

2. Minimum hardware and software requirements to play this Game.

4. Article 8. Effectiveness of the contract
After the End User registers an account for the first time after the contract review period, enters the webpage that displays the terms of this contract, and clicks the "Agree" option, it is presumed that the End User agrees to the terms of this contract.
If any part of this contract is invalid, the validity of the other parts will not be affected.
Article 9, Use of Account and Password
After End User completes the registration process, So-net should issue a set of account numbers and passwords; once set, this set of accounts cannot be changed and can only be used by End Users. End User shall not transfer or lend this set of accounts and passwords to third parties. If any disputes arise, End User shall be solely responsible.
The password in the preceding paragraph may be changed according to the modification mechanism provided by So-net. So-net personnel (including customer service personnel and Game administrators) are not allowed to proactively ask for the End User's password. So-net shall retain the consumer's account and the electromagnetic records attached to the account within thirty days after the termination of the contract. If the contract is not terminated due to reasons attributable to the consumer, the consumer has the right to continue to use the account and the electromagnetic records attached to the account after applying for renewal within thirty days. If End User does not renew the account within thirty days, So-net may delete the account and all information attached to the account, unless otherwise provided by law.
End User is fully responsible for the safekeeping of the account and password in this article. If the account and password are illegally used by others due to poor maintenance, this is a situation that can be attributed to End User, and End User will be responsible for it.
Article 10. Notification and handling of illegal use of account and password
If either party discovers that a third party has illegally used End User's account, or that the security of use has been abnormally compromised, it should immediately notify the other party. After So-net receives the notice from End User, or So-net notifies End User, and after End User confirms the above-mentioned situation, So-net may suspend the use rights of the account or password of the group, and change the account or password to a new account or password for End User. In the case of the preceding paragraph, So-net shall return the deducted stored value to the End User or compensate for the equivalent Game fees, but this shall not apply if the End User is responsible.
Article 11. Notification and handling of illegal use of account and password
If End User discovers that their account and password have been illegally used, and Game electromagnetic records have been improperly transferred, they should immediately notify So-net for verification. So-net has checked whether the IP address is an address that has not been used by End User. Afterwards, So-net may temporarily restrict the relevant mobile online Game users’ rights to use this service.
So-net shall immediately notify the third party mentioned in the preceding paragraph in writing or by email, ask such third party to provide an explanation If the third party fails to provide an explanation within seven days after receiving the notification, So-net may directly backtrack to the End User of the improperly transferred electromagnetic records. If it cannot backtrack, it may adopt other equivalent compensation methods agreed by both parties; however, if So-net provides free security devices (such as anti-theft cards, phone locks, etc.) and the End User does not use them, So-net may not backtrack to the improperly transferred electromagnetic records to the End User.
If the third party holding the electromagnetic record in Paragraph 1 does not agree with So-net's handling of the preceding Paragraph, the third party may handle the case through judicial channels in accordance with the reporting procedures.
When So-net restricts the use rights of End Users or third parties in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1, So-net shall not charge fees to End Users or third parties during the restricted use period.
End User shall bear all legal responsibilities if any false declaration causes damage to the rights of So-net or a third party.
Article 12. Saving and querying Game history
So-net should save End User’s personal Game history records for thirty days for End User’s inquiry. If the electromagnetic record retention period exceeds 30 days, So-net will not be able to accept the End User inquiry application.
End User can apply for access to End User's personal Game history in writing, online, or in person at So-net's service center, and must provide personal information that matches their identity document for verification. The inquiry fee is NT$200. Paid by End User.
When So-net receives the End User's inquiry request, it shall provide the End User's personal Game history listed in the first item, and provide the information within seven days via storage media or in writing or by email.
Article 13. Personal Data
Regarding the protection of personal data, it shall be handled in accordance with relevant legal regulations.
Article 14. Electromagnetic records
All electromagnetic records in this Game belong to So-net. So-net agrees and shall make reasonable efforts to maintain the integrity of End User-related electromagnetic records during the validity period of this contract.
Based on this contract, End User may use the aforementioned electromagnetic records retained by playing this Game through its account during the contract period in accordance with the method agreed by So-net (that is, it may use and control the said data in compliance with the provisions of this contract). Electromagnetic records, but does not include transfer and profit activities outside the scope of this Game's services), End User shall not make any property claims on these electromagnetic records.
So-net has the right to merge, split, and adjust servers based on operational requirements. At the same time, So-net has the right to perform work related to merging and migrating user account data during server adjustments.
Article 15. Information Disclosure
So-net should provide information related to this Game on the Game website and update it regularly.
Article 16. Connection quality
If So-net plans to suspend all or part of this Game service in advance to maintain the systems and software and hardware equipment related to this Game service, it shall make an announcement on the official website homepage, Game login page or purchase page seven days in advance. . However, this does not apply due to temporary, urgent or reasons not attributable to So-net.
So-net shall ensure that its system equipment does not experience any errors, screen pauses, lags, interruptions or inability to connect. If the End User is unable to connect to the Game service due to reasons attributable to So-net, So-net shall immediately correct or repair the problem.
For End Users whose Game fees or in-game products have been deducted during the period of unavailability, So-net shall return the Game fees or goods. If the refund cannot be made, So-net shall provide other reasonable compensation.
Article 17. System Security
So-net shall be responsible for maintaining the security of its own computer system in accordance with the current technological or professional standards when providing this service in accordance with the provisions of this contract.
When the computer system or electromagnetic records are damaged, or the computer system operates abnormally, So-net shall respond as soon as possible after taking reasonable measures.
When So-net violates the provisions of the first two paragraphs or causes damage to End User due to Game program loopholes, it shall be liable for damages based on the circumstances of the damage suffered by End User. However, if So-net can prove that it is not at fault, its liability for compensation may be reduced. .
When the situation mentioned in the second item occurs in the So-net computer system, So-net shall not charge fees to the End User until the repair is completed and the system operates normally.
So-net may not assist in resolving disputes between End Users and third parties due to shared accounts and entrusting others to pay to purchase points.
Article 18. Program loopholes
When the End User is damaged due to a game program vulnerability, So-net shall be liable for damages based on the End User's damage situation. However, if So-net proves that it is not at fault, its liability for compensation may be reduced.
Article 19. Game Management Rules
In order to regulate the way the Game is played, So-net should establish reasonable and fair Game management rules, and End Users should abide by the Game management rules announced by So-net.
Changes to the Game management rules shall be made in accordance with the procedures in Article 23.
If the Game management rules fall into any of the following circumstances, their provisions will be invalid:
1. Violate the provisions of this contract.
2. Deprive or restrict End User’s contractual rights. However, this does not apply to So-net's processing in accordance with the provisions of Article 21.
Article 20. Punishment for violation of Game management rules
Except as otherwise provided in this contract, when there are sufficient facts to prove that the End User has violated the Game management rules in this Game, So-net shall make an announcement on the Game website or during the Game, and notify the End User by instant messaging or email.
If End User violates the Game management rules for the first time, So-net should notify End User to improve within a certain period of time.
If End User fails to improve after being notified by So-net, or if the violation occurs again after improvement, So-net may restrict the End User's Game usage rights in accordance with the Game management rules and the severity of the circumstances.
If the End User violates the Game management rules again for the same reason, So-net may immediately restrict the End User's right to play the Game in accordance with the Game management rules.
So-net shall suspend the End User's right to play the game in accordance with the Game management rules, and shall not exceed seven days at a time.
Unless it constitutes a reason for the termination of the contract, So-net's treatment of the End User in accordance with the Game management rules shall not affect the End User's rights under this contract.
Article 21. Right to appeal
If the End User is dissatisfied with the connection quality, Game management, billing, and other related service quality provided by So-net, or is dissatisfied with So-net's handling of the Game management rules, he may do so within seven days from the day after receiving the notice, submit a complaint by email or in writing. So-net shall respond with the processing result within 15 days after receiving the complaint.
So-net should clearly specify the 24HR service complaint channel and email address on the Game website or Game management rules.
End User's complaints regarding the use of plug-ins by third parties or other complaints that affect the fairness of the Game shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1.
Article 22 Changes to the Contract
When So-net modifies this contract, So-net shall announce it on the homepage of the Game website and the login page of the Game, and notify the End User in writing or via email.
If So-net fails to make announcements and notifications in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the change in the contract will be invalid. End User within fifteen days after the first notice arrives:
1. If the End User does not express any objection, the End User shall be deemed to have accepted the changes in the So-net contract.
2. If End User expresses objection, it shall be deemed as End User’s notice to So-net to terminate this contract.
Article 23. Termination of contract and refund
End User may terminate this contract by notifying So-net at any time.
If the End User has not logged in to use the Game service for more than one year from the last online date, So-net may notify the End User to log in fifteen days in advance. If the End User has not logged in to use the Game service within the expiration date, So-net may terminate this contract.
When the contract is terminated, So-net shall return the unused game points to the End User within thirty days by cash, credit card, money order or registered check after deducting forty percent (40%) of the necessary costs.
If End User has any of the following major circumstances, So-net may terminate this contract immediately after notifying End User according to the communication information logged in by End User:
1. Use any system or tool to maliciously attack or damage the So-net computer system.
2. Play games by exploiting plug-ins, viruses, game program vulnerabilities or other unfair and reasonable methods.
3. Pay to purchase points or in-game products through impersonation, fraud or other false and unfair methods.
4. Those who have violated the Game management rules more than three times for the same reason and have not improved despite being notified in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 20.
5. Being found guilty of any illegal behavior by judicial authorities.
If So-net makes an error in determining the facts mentioned in the preceding paragraph or is unable to prove it, So-net shall be liable to compensate the End User for damages incurred due to the termination of the contract.
Article 24. Suspension of operations
If the contract is terminated because the business operator ceases the operation of this Game service, it shall be announced on the homepage of the official website, the game login page or the purchase page 30 days before the termination; if the End User has logged in the communication information when registering the account, the user shall log in accordingly. Notify End User of the communication information.
If the business operator So-net fails to announce and notify the End User within the period specified in the preceding paragraph, in addition to refunding the End User's unused paid purchase points or game fees without deducting necessary costs, it shall also provide the End User with other reasonable compensation.
Article 25. Delivery
End User agrees that So-net can deliver notifications regarding all matters related to this contract to the contact address or email address registered by End User.
If the login address mentioned in the preceding paragraph changes, End User shall notify So-net immediately. If there is a delay in notifying the address of the change or if the notice cannot be reached or is refused due to other reasons, the So-net notification will be deemed to have been legally delivered.
If So-net is unable to deliver due to End User's intention or negligence, So-net will not be liable for any damages caused by End User's failure to deliver.
Article 26. Regulations on the use of image copyrights
If anyone distributes the images and videos of this Game and uses them for profit-making activities without the permission of the original author of this product, it will violate image copyright and intellectual property rights, and So-net will reserve the right to pursue legal action.
Article 27. Governing law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China.
Article 28. Jurisdictional Court
For all disputes involved in this contract, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
